Features and Advantages

1. The output voltage supports up to six phases and can be flexibly configured into various modes: the traditional four-voltage/three-current type, six-voltage type, six-current type, or twelve-phase output mode. 2. Equipped with a high-performance embedded industrial control computer and an 8.4-inch, high-resolution color TFT-LCD screen, the device provides rich and intuitive information, including the current operating status, next-step operational prompts, and various help messages.

3. The output terminals utilize high-fidelity, high-reliability modular linear power amplifiers—delivering superior performance—as a replacement for traditional switching-mode power amplifiers. This design ensures that no high- or medium-frequency interference is generated at the test site, while guaranteeing smooth and precise waveforms across the entire output range, from high currents down to low currents. 4. The output section is controlled via digital signal processing (DSP), ensuring rapid operation, powerful real-time processing capabilities, a wide transmission bandwidth, and high-resolution digital-to-analog conversion control. This results in high-precision output waveforms characterized by low distortion and excellent linearity. By extensively incorporating advanced technologies and precision components, along with a professional structural design, the device achieves a smart, lightweight profile that is fully functional and easy to operate. 5. Capable of executing a wide range of large-scale, complex, and highly automated calibration tasks; it can effortlessly test and scan various protection settings, perform fault playback, store test data in real-time, display vector diagrams, and generate on-site printed reports.

6. Equipped with independent, dedicated, and adjustable 110V and 220V DC power supplies to facilitate convenient on-site inspections. 7. The new-generation ZCAR-1600 Microcomputer-based Relay Protection Tester features 10 input channels and 8 output channels, facilitating self-powered input testing. The input contacts are compatible with both zero-potential (dry contact) and 0–250V potential signals, featuring intelligent automatic recognition capabilities.

8. Comes equipped with a variety of automated test software modules, as well as an optional GPS-synchronized triggering test function. 9. Capable of performing various complex calibration tasks, including the effortless testing and scanning of fixed-value protection settings and fault playback. It supports real-time storage of test data, vector diagram display, report printing, and other functions. 10. Features a well-engineered heat dissipation structure, robust hardware protection mechanisms, a soft-start function, and self-diagnostic and output-locking capabilities for fault management.
