Product Introduction
In accordance with IEC standards and relevant national regulations, semi-finished and finished transformers—as well as those newly installed or recently overhauled—must undergo transformer turns ratio testing prior to being put into service. Furthermore, the *Regulations on Handover and Preventive Testing of Electric Power Equipment* mandates the periodic measurement of turns ratios for transformers already in operation. Transformer turns ratio testing serves to assess the condition of the transformer windings and tap changers, enabling the detection of defects such as coil short circuits, connection errors, or inter-turn short circuits, thereby ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.
The HCBBZ-1000 Transformer Turns Ratio Tester utilizes a 32-bit ARM core processor to control the entire unit. It enables the complete measurement of turns ratios for both single-phase and three-phase transformers in a single, seamless operation. The instrument features a user interface driven entirely by Chinese-language menus, making its operation simple and intuitive. The test results are accurate and reliable, and the device is capable of both storing and printing these results. Boasting strong anti-interference capabilities, the instrument is capable of meeting the turns ratio testing requirements for a wide range of transformers—from small to large-scale units.
