Product Features
1. Capable of measuring transformer no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit voltage, and short-circuit (load) loss.
2. Capable of performing transformer harmonic analysis.
3. The instrument features internal automatic range switching, allowing for a wide measurement range for both voltage and current, and requires only simple wiring.
4. When performing no-load and load tests on three-phase transformers, the instrument automatically verifies the correctness of the wiring connections and displays the vector diagrams for the three-phase voltages and currents.
5. As a standalone unit, it can complete full-current load tests on distribution transformers rated at 100 kVA or less; it can also complete load tests on distribution transformers rated at 250 kVA or less using one-third of the rated current (in this mode, the instrument automatically converts the measured data to derive the load loss parameters corresponding to the full rated current).
6. All test results undergo automatic correction. The instrument automatically performs various corrections—such as waveform correction, temperature correction, and corrections for non-rated voltage and current conditions—to ensure a higher level of accuracy in the test results.
7. Features a large (320x240), high-brightness LCD screen with full Chinese-character menus and operational prompts, facilitating a user-friendly human-machine interface. Touch-sensitive buttons simplify operation, while the wide-temperature-range LCD with adjustable brightness ensures adaptability across all seasons.
8. Users can pre-configure and store parameters for up to 40 test specimens; these parameters can be added or deleted as needed, offering great convenience in operation.
9. Includes a built-in real-time electronic clock that automatically records the date and time of each test, facilitating the archiving and management of test results.
10. Equipped with a panel-mounted thermal printer, allowing for the rapid, on-site printing of test results.
11. Data (including specimen settings, measurement results, test timestamps, etc.) features power-off storage and browsing capabilities; the device can store up to 500 sets of test results and supports data transfer to a computer via a wired connection.
12. Supports the connection of external voltage transformers (VTs) and current transformers (CTs) to extend measurement ranges, enabling the testing of specimens with any parameter specifications.
