Features

 Suitable for mechanical characteristic testing of all models of SF6 switches, GIS combined electrical apparatus, vacuum switches, and oil-immersed switches manufactured both domestically and internationally.

 Possesses exceptional anti-interference capabilities, allowing for effortless testing and precise measurements even when conducted adjacent to the energized bypass busbars of a 500kV substation.

 Supports universal speed sensors (optional accessories), including linear displacement sensors and rotary speed sensors; installation is extremely convenient and straightforward.

 A single switching operation is sufficient to capture all mechanical characteristic test data and generate the corresponding waveform graphs.

 The main unit features internal storage for saving on-site test data 

and includes a built-in real-time clock to facilitate the archiving of test dates and times.

 The main unit is equipped with a large-format, wide-temperature-range LCD screen featuring direct-viewing optics and a backlight; it displays all data and waveforms entirely in Chinese text, offers electronic adjustment of LCD contrast, and retains data via power-off memory.

 Features a Chinese-language menu interface for user-friendly operation; the instrument includes a built-in printer, enabling the rapid, on-demand printing of all test data and waveforms.

 The instrument is bundled with data analysis and management software, allowing for online operation in conjunction with a PC; test results can be output to various types of printers—including dot-matrix, laser, or inkjet models—to generate formal test reports, thereby enabling the computerization of on-site testing procedures.

Timing: Intrinsic opening and closing times for 12 contacts; synchronization within the same phase and between different phases.

 Reclosing: Timing for the Open-Close, Close-Open, and Open-Close-Open sequences for each contact: first opening time, first closing time, second closing time, dead time (current-free interval), and current-free duration values.

 Contact Bounce:Closing bounce duration, bounce count, bounce process, and bounce waveforms for each contact; opening rebound amplitude for each contact.

 Speed: Initial opening and closing speeds, maximum speed, and time-travel characteristic curves.

 Travel: Total travel, contact gap (opening distance), overtravel, overshoot, and rebound amplitude.

 Current:Opening and closing current values and current waveforms for the opening and closing coils.

 Operating Voltage:Features an internal, digitally adjustable DC 0–300V/20A power supply for circuit breaker operation; automatically performs low-voltage operation tests on the circuit breaker and measures the actual operating voltage values.
