Product Introduction
The HCHL-100A High-Voltage Switch Loop Resistance Tester is designed in accordance with the latest power industry standard of the People's Republic of China (DL/T845.4-204), utilizing a combination of high-frequency switching power supply technology and digital circuit technology.
The HCHL-100A High-Voltage Switch Loop Resistance Tester is suitable for measuring the loop resistance of switch control equipment. Its test current employs the 100A DC value recommended by national standards. It is capable of directly measuring loop resistance under a 100A DC current; the final test results are displayed on a large-screen LCD, and the device features functions such as data storage, print output, and time setting. Additionally, a 50A range is available for user selection. The LDHL-100A High-Voltage Switch Loop Resistance Tester offers high measurement accuracy and stable performance, meeting the requirements of power utilities and supply departments for on-site maintenance of high-voltage switches, as well as the loop resistance testing needs of high-voltage switch manufacturers.

Product Features
● High Current Output: The HCHL-100A High-Voltage Switch Loop Resistance Tester employs the latest switching power supply technology. It is capable of continuously outputting high current over extended periods, thereby overcoming the limitations associated with the transient currents produced by pulse-type power supplies. This capability effectively breaks down oxide films on switch contacts, ensuring the acquisition of accurate and reliable test results.
● High Stability: Even under conditions of severe electromagnetic interference, the least significant digit displayed on the LCD screen remains stable within a fluctuation range of ±1 digit. This ensures stable readings and excellent repeatability.
● High Precision: The HCHL-100A utilizes a dual-channel, high-speed 16-bit Σ-Δ AD sampling system combined with the latest digital signal processing technology. It achieves a maximum resolution of 0.01 µΩ—making it currently the only contact resistance tester available domestically that offers both 0.01 µΩ resolution and exceptional stability—and its performance surpasses that of imported high-current micro-ohmmeters.
● Intelligent Operation:Equipped with an imported high-performance CPU, the HCHL-100A automatically switches measurement ranges based on signal amplitude during testing, thereby guaranteeing the accuracy of the results. Additionally, an integrated over-temperature protection circuit automatically cuts off the output current if the instrument exceeds a preset temperature threshold, ensuring safe operation.
● High Quality: All critical components are sourced from international manufacturers. A cleverly designed temperature compensation circuit effectively eliminates the influence of ambient temperature fluctuations on measurement results, while the use of military-grade connectors enhances the instrument's vibration resistance.
● Powerful Functionality:The test current can be freely selected between 50A and 100A, and the test duration can be arbitrarily set within a range of 5 to 599 seconds. This overcomes the limitations found in similar instruments—such as the inability to specify measurement duration or excessively short continuous operation times—and significantly outperforms other devices in its class.
● User-Friendly Interface:Data input is performed via a rotary encoder (simulating a "rotary mouse"), offering a convenient and rapid method for configuration. Users can independently set the instrument's date and time, save measurement data in real-time, and instantly print test results.
● Versatile Communication Options: The instrument features an RS232 interface for communication with a computer, allowing measurement data to be uploaded for further analysis and processing by test personnel. It is highly convenient to use, featuring a compact size and lightweight design that make it easily portable.
