The HCWS-III SF6 Micro-Moisture Tester employs an original, imported humidity sensor as its core sensing element. When trace moisture within the gas under test enters the sensor's sampling chamber, the water vapor is adsorbed into the sensor's micropores, causing a change in its capacitive impedance. The sensor amplifies and converts this change into a standard linear electrical signal, which is then processed by a microprocessor before being displayed on the LCD screen.
