Product Introduction

The HCYD-20A Portable DC High-Voltage Switch Operating Power Supply is an intelligent DC power supply unit specifically designed for high-voltage switch testing. Addressing the issue of voltage drop under load—a common drawback of traditional rectifier power supplies—this product employs advanced voltage compensation technology and high-performance electronic components to ensure stable output even under load conditions, thereby guaranteeing the accuracy of switch operational characteristic tests. It is ideally suited for use by power utilities for conducting low-voltage operation tests, opening and closing tests, power supply for energy-storage motors, and spring-operated mechanism tests on various types of switches; it serves as a core tool for verifying the safety and reliability of high-voltage switches.


Technical Parameters

Power Socket: Input AC 220V ±10% / 50Hz;


DC Voltmeter: Displays the current DC voltage value;


Close/Open Buttons: Initiates DC voltage output; output duration is a fixed 100ms, followed by automatic power cutoff;


Control Knob: ⑴. Rotate Left/Right for Voltage Adjustment: DC 6–270V ±1%; Adjustment Step: 0.4V/pulse; Voltage Resolution: 0.1V; Voltage Accuracy: ≤0.5% ±0.1V at 100V, and ≤0.2% ±0.1V above 100V;

⑵. Press Down on Knob: Initiates stored energy voltage output; Press Knob Again: Stops stored energy voltage output;


Current: Maximum 20A (for short-duration operation ≤100ms); When current is ≤10A, output duration is ≤20s (For continuous output requirements, please select the long-duration model: LDYD-20B, which supports continuous operation for up to 60 minutes);


Close/Open Control Terminals: Red wire for Close (Positive), Black wire for Negative, Green wire for Open (Positive);


Stored Energy Output Terminals: Red wire for Positive output, Black wire for Negative output.

Adjustment Method: Rotary Knob; Step Increment: 0.4V per pulse


Voltage Accuracy: ≤0.5% ± 0.1V (below 100V); ≤0.2% ± 0.1V (above 100V)


**High Short-Duration Current Output Capability**

Maximum Output Current: 20A (≤100ms)


Continuous Output Duration: ≤20 seconds (at currents ≤10A). (For applications requiring longer operation times, the optional model LDYD-20B is available.)


Trip/Close Control Function

Dedicated "Close" and "Trip" buttons generate a fixed 100ms pulse output, featuring automatic power cutoff—perfect for switch operation testing.


Clearly Labeled Output Terminals: Red (Close +), Black (–), Green (Trip +)


Energy Storage Output Function

Pressing the rotary knob activates the energy storage voltage output; pressing it again stops the output. This facilitates convenient control of energy storage motors.


Multiple Protection Mechanisms

Automatic power cutoff function prevents coil burnout.


Equipped with a 15A spare fuse to enhance device safety.
